Q: How do I access my digital goods?

There are two (2) ways to access your digital goods:

      1) My Account --> Downloads
     2) When you order digital goods, there will be a customer unique download link in your order confirmation email

 

Q: Are you currently taking commissions?

Yes! If you are interested in commissioning Rubatome, please go to our Contact Page and send us a quick message with your name, email, and a description of your request.

(No NSFW, gore, sexual, or furry persona requests will be accepted)

 
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to North American locations (Canada, Mexico, and USA). We are hoping to expand this as the shop grows.

 
Q: Do you offer any discounts/coupon codes?
